1. Services Offered

We provide professional gardening services including:

• Regular maali visits
• Balcony, terrace & indoor plant care
• Pruning, cleaning & soil maintenance
• Pest control & nutrient support
• Expert gardening consultation

2. Booking & Subscription

• Bookings can be made via website, WhatsApp, or app
• Subscription plans include fixed monthly visits
• Schedules are shared in advance

3. Payments

• All plans require advance payment
• Pricing may change with prior notice
• Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated

4. Visit Guidelines

• Do not water plants on the day of visit
• Ensure access to plants for the gardening team
• Missed visits due to unavailability may not be compensated

5. Rescheduling & Cancellation

• Inform at least 2 hours before scheduled visit
• Last-minute cancellations may not be accommodated

6. Plant Health Disclaimer

While we provide expert care, plant health depends on multiple factors such as environment, weather, and prior condition. We do not guarantee revival of severely damaged plants.

7. Liability Limitation

We are not liable for:

• Natural plant damage due to weather or pests
• Pre-existing plant conditions
• Minor breakage during routine gardening work

8. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Ensure safe working conditions
• Maintain respectful behavior with staff

9. Service Availability

Services are currently available in selected areas of Noida and may change over time.

10. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time without prior notice.
