This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for our gardening services.
1. Service Bookings
Bookings for consultations, gardening visits, and subscription plans may be made through our website, WhatsApp, or app.
By confirming a booking, you agree to this policy.
2. Cancellation by Customer
- Customers are requested to inform us at least 2 hours before the scheduled visit for cancellation or rescheduling.
- Cancellation requests made after this window may be treated as a missed visit.
- Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.
To help us serve you better, please notify us in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel a visit.
3. Rescheduling
- Visits may be rescheduled subject to team availability.
- We will try our best to accommodate your preferred alternate time.
- Rescheduled visits may be moved to the next available service slot.
4. Refund Policy
- Payments made for services and subscription plans are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds, if any, are issued only in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of Gold Dust Gardening.
- If a payment is made in error, users should contact us promptly for review.
5. Missed Visits
- If our team is unable to complete a visit due to customer unavailability or lack of access, the visit may be considered missed.
- Missed visits caused by customer-side issues may not qualify for refund or replacement.
- In genuine cases, we may review and support rescheduling where feasible.
6. Cancellation by Gold Dust Gardening
- In rare cases, we may need to reschedule or cancel a visit due to operational, weather, safety, or unforeseen issues.
- Where possible, a replacement visit will be arranged.
- If a service cannot be delivered at all from our side, an appropriate resolution will be offered.
7. Subscription Plans
- Subscription plans are intended for scheduled recurring service visits.
- Unused visits within a cycle may not automatically qualify for refund.
- Plan pauses, carry-forwards, or special adjustments, if any, are subject to review and approval.
8. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not applicable in the following situations:
- Change of mind after booking
- Customer unavailable at visit time
- Access to plants or service area not provided
- Service dissatisfaction arising from factors outside our control, such as weather or plant condition
